When I plan deliveries I try to link a delivery with the collection of a 'return' vehicle which will get me home. If the return vehicle is collected from the same location as the delivery vehicle it is called a 'key for key' movment. If the return vehicle is to be delivered the following day it is referred to as a 'carryover' vehicle. Deliveries without a return vehicle are called 'one way' deliveries.
Many of my customers purchase vehicles from Motorway and Carwow as well as other dealerships, traders, brokers and auctions. Sometimes I have a delivery which does not have a return vehicle, To try and link these dealership purchases with my one way deliveries, I have created a map which shows the location of my one way deliveries.
To use the map simply click on the orange pins to see the postcode and delivery dates of my deliveries. Customers can add their own pins to the map to visualise their collection locations in relation to my delivery locations. Simply enter the full address, postcode or town into the 'Collection Addresses' box, one per line, then click the 'Add Pin' button. Blue pins will be added to the map representing customer's collections.
